Frame the objective
Review reservoir targets, the existing well or new-well configuration, operating constraints and required branch access.
WELL DELIVERY ENGINEERING
Drilling and completion consultancy that connects well design, equipment readiness and operational decisions. Specialist multilateral support from preparation through execution and close-out.
Connect reservoir objectives, well architecture and the drilling and completion programme.
Review equipment, procedures, service interfaces and cost assumptions before execution.
Bring engineering input into daily operations and carry lessons into the next campaign.
THE ENGINEERING SCOPE
Select a service area to see the engineering support and practical outputs. Each engagement is defined around the well, the project phase and the operator’s requirements.
WELL ARCHITECTURE & PROGRAMMES
Drilling and completion engineering support for new wells, sidetracks and multilateral projects. Review casing and well designs, junction architecture, equipment selection and programme requirements.

EQUIPMENT & PROCEDURE ASSURANCE
Review multilateral equipment and operating procedures with service providers. Support equipment QA/QC, vendor visits and technical audits, and coordinate interfaces before mobilisation.

COST & CONTRACT SUPPORT
Develop well cost estimates and AFE inputs. Support service procurement, technical scope definition and contract coordination, with attention to non-productive time and operational efficiency.

RIG & REMOTE ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Provide on-site, offshore or remote operational advisory support within an agreed scope. Review daily plans, BHA configurations and procedures with the operator and service providers, and support decisions during multilateral execution.

PERFORMANCE & CLOSE-OUT
Support end-of-well reporting, operational reviews and lessons learned. Identify improvement opportunities for future multilateral campaigns and support safety investigations where required.

Scope, deliverables, personnel requirements and on-site or remote arrangements are agreed for each engagement. Engineering advice supports the operator’s approval and operational decision processes.
FROM PREPARATION TO CLOSE-OUT
Carry the engineering intent into operations. Establish the programme, align the equipment and service interfaces, then use field learning to improve the next well.
Review reservoir targets, the existing well or new-well configuration, operating constraints and required branch access.
Support well designs, drilling and completion plans, engineering studies, risk considerations, cost estimates and AFE inputs.
Review equipment QA/QC, operating procedures and service-provider interfaces. Track the actions needed before mobilisation.
Work with the operator’s representatives and service providers, on the rig or remotely, to review plans and resolve engineering questions.
Examine operational outcomes, non-productive time and deviations. Document issues and recommendations for the project team.
Prepare close-out inputs, lessons learned and improvement recommendations for future wells and multilateral campaigns.
A DEFINED SCOPE. PRACTICAL OUTPUTS.
Start with a focused technical review or define support across the well delivery cycle. Outputs are agreed around your project needs.
