Remote three-component magnetometry is a distinct modality from direct-contact RMF and RSD. It can be used to map magnetic variations along buried infrastructure and prioritise locations for correlation and direct verification.
Measurement to decision.
Survey anomalies are not automatically pipe defects. Interpretation is site-specific and must account for route, depth, external magnetic sources, geometry and available reference information.
